Registration Issues

• Registration Code will not work
• Registration is successful, but the application freezes

Issue: Registration Code does not work

Summary: While trying to register, the message 'Unable to complete registration. The Registration code is not valid.' is displayed.

Solution: Please ensure that the owner information you supplied to the site from which the key was purchased matches the Owner Information in your device exactly. If this information matches and the key still does not work please contact technical support at the site from which the key was purchased and request a new key. Please also check for any extra blank spaces before or after the name as they may cause issues with the registration.

If the Owner Information is different, request a new serial number:

Issue: Registration is successful, but the application freezes

Summary: After registering the application successfully, the application will no longer start it simply beeps.

Solution: Please update to the latest version.
