Please ensure that the owner information you supplied to the site from which the key was purchased matches the Owner Information in your device exactly. If this information matches and the key still does not work please contact technical support at the site from which the key was purchased and request a new key. Please also check for any extra blank spaces before or after the name as they may cause issues with the registration.

If the Owner Information is different, request a new serial number:

Common Problems:

1. Serial Number has not been entered

2. The Owner Name does not match (Incorrect Serial Number)

• The name provided with purchase is different
• The name must match: 'Johnathan Doe' is NOT the same as 'John Doe'
• Extra spaces before or after: 'John Doe' is NOT the same as ' John Doe '

3. The Serial number is for another product
